5 Reasons To Start A Business In Network Marketing That Have Nothing To Do With Money

Let’s set the record straight.  Network Marketing isn’t all about the money.  With the major pitches on your Facebook pages and the constant images of expensive cars and feet dangling off of the edge of lounge chairs from some exotic location, you would get the impression that people involved in Network Marketing love it ONLY because of the massive potential to earn a significant income. BUT there are many more perks and advantages to the business model that are rarely expressed but should be pointed out.

If money is your ONLY motivation you will NEVER be successful when building a home based business because… In the beginning you will have to put in a lot of work for a little money and 95% of people get frustrated and quit.

• PRODUCTS – When I found my current Network Marketing company they had a product that changed my life, I realized that I was so passionate about the products that I created training webinars about why I chose to align myself with the company.  I love the feeling for increased energy, health management, feeling stronger, having better mental clarity.  The products have enhanced the lives of my friends and family and even if there were zero compensation attached or bonuses I would use this product for life and embrace any business model that  was offered to me.  If you find a product that you are passionate about, it just seems natural to share and by default possibly start a business to help others see the same  health benefits as we did.

• LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT – Starting a business in Network Marketing has been one of the most amazing adventures into fine tuning my mindset. I have been challenged, inspired, frustrated, at the end of my rope and at the top of the mountain.  I have learned so much about myself and my inadequacies and strengths. I had no idea that entering this industry would help to develop me into a powerhouse leader with more awareness of who I am.  Because we are all independent business owners and our success is a direct result of our actions,  there is a constant tweaking and reflection in areas that need correction.  This has been an invaluable experience that I will take with me throughout my life.  People pay thousands of dollars for the experiences and training we receive for free on a day to day basis with mentors in this business.  This is a huge asset.

• GLOBAL IMPACT – The company we partnered with is truly global as it is available in every country in the world.  We have watched their growth soar and the company is publicly traded on the US Stock Exchngel.  If you are an advocate for contributing to the betterment of people around the world, you will be amazed to see how many companies in Network Marketing are giving back.

To be partnered with a company that wants to make that impact in he technological arena is a huge step in the MLM industry.   There are many network marketing companies to choose from, but ask about their global vision and align yourself with a company where you will be passionate in your business building not because of the money but because of the cause.

• COMMUNITY – We live in a highly plugged in world,  people have their heads in their devices frequently. I love social media. But I am also noticing less and less actual community building happening in real life.  We connect online and have groups online but the word ‘friend’ is oftentimes used loosely.

The relationships formed in the industry of Network Marketing are deep.  I never expected to find such inspired friendships through my connection with people who are also involved in the business I am in .

We have training events and brain storming sessions, weekly and daily training’s, and amazing breakthrough events.

The support and community aspect of investing in a Network Marketing business has ended up being a beautiful and unexpected gift.

• FREEDOM – If you have been around Network Marketers you will hear them discuss Time Freedom quite a bit.  When you are able to build a business on your own and from home, you begin to see the huge advantages to being able to be your own boss, wake up when you want to, work with who you want to , travel when you want to and be available for your family.

So many people are working in situations where they are earning a living and making good money but do not have their freedom.   The routine is exhausting them but they don’t know how to get out of the rut.  Network Marketing has the potential to give you back your time.   You don’t need to trade TIME for MONEY.  You can have your time freedom and make money. The industry has given us the ability to work wherever we want and travel when we want.  You cannot place a dollar amount on the value of Time Freedom.

If you are surprised by the fact that people are choosing Network Marketing not only for the earning potential but for other reasons outside of the financial perks, you should seriously research the industry.

Everyday, I am welcoming new business partners into business with me who are looking for more than just a paycheck. They are looking for a solid product line that they can be passionate about, they love the idea of freedom, giving back and developing into the leader that they know they are.
